Here’s the week 2 for vocabulary learning:


Sedentary – Involving a lot of sitting and little movement.
Fatigue – Extreme tiredness.
Resilience – The ability to recover quickly from difficulties.
Allergy – A reaction of the immune system to certain substances.
Endorphins – Hormones released during exercise that improve mood.

Here are real-life conversation examples using each word:

1. Sedentary
A: "I’ve been feeling so lazy lately."
B: "Maybe it’s because of your sedentary lifestyle. You should try moving around more."



2. Fatigue
A: "You look exhausted. Are you okay?"
B: "Yeah, just dealing with fatigue from all the late-night studying."



3. Resilience
A: "I can’t believe you bounced back so quickly after failing that test!"
B: "Thanks! I guess resilience is key. I just kept pushing myself to do better."



4. Allergy
A: "Why aren’t you eating the cake?"
B: "I have a nut allergy, so I have to be careful with desserts."



5. Endorphins
A: "You seem so happy today! What’s the secret?"
B: "I just finished a workout. Endorphins really do make you feel great!"
