📅 Day 10 – Irregular Present Tense Verbs: hacer, decir, venir

These verbs are very important for everyday conversations.


🧠 PART 1: Hacer (to do/make)

Examples:

  • Yo hago ejercicio todos los días. → I do exercise every day.

  • Tú haces la comida. → You make the food.

Trick to remember:

For hacer, think of it as “I make” = hago, and it’s one of the most important verbs for everyday activities.

Translate the following into Spanish:

Answers:

  1. Yo hago mi tarea todos los días.

  2. dices la verdad.

  3. Ellos vienen de México.

Try combining hacer, decir, and venir in a short dialogue to practice their usage.

Example Dialogue:
